If Kalki has a soul, it’s my mom.

With over 30 years of cooking experience, my mom has always had a magic touch in the kitchen. But it was a chance workshop on millets — long before they became mainstream — that lit a spark in her. She saw something in these humble grains: a chance to heal, to nourish, and to serve. Today, even as my dad manages the day-to-day operations, she remains deeply involved.

Driven by love and a desire to support our family, she tirelessly refined her recipes through hundreds of iterations, always chasing one goal
